Commercial Shipyard: Developed a legal and scientific analysis for a large, commercial shipyard to stop construction of a large bridge over a waterway and sensitive estuary in the Southeast; 

Ozone Layer Depletion: Prepared a legal strategy, for Ozone Action, Washington, D.C., to stop the production of ozone depleting substances (ODSs) in the United States and to develop remedies for those harmed by ODS releases; 

National Marine Sanctuaries: Authored a comprehensive, comparative study of national strategies used to designate marine sanctuaries and protected areas for the Center for Environmental Education, Washington, D.C.; 

Southern Subsistance Farmers: Is assisting farmers in the Mississippi Delta in developing organic products and marketing strategies.
